The breakfast options were of high quality, including cereals, yogurt, and fruit. the hotel's location is ideal, being adjacent to the rail stations and the town center. - We enjoyed a drink or two at Cullens Catering, which is conveniently close to the hotel.

The employees at the hotel were knowledgeable and top-class. Got compact double room with a fridge in as expected, enjoyed it.

The service was exceptional. the room was neat and cheap and had a fridge. - the breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of food. - the location is stunning and incredible, just a short walk to County Court Courthouse.

All the of the hotel and restaurant staff were wonderful! I was there for four days on business and everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

I would have liked the hair dryer to have a bit more heat, and the iron to have steam. Ironing without steam built in requires a squirt bottle to spray your clothes, but you don't really think about packing that!

Friendly staff. Welcoming and comfortable hotel with good food and wine selection. Also excellent for business trips as well located, free wi-fi in rooms. After a busy day, good to get back to. Also very good for solo traveller - the restaurant relaxing for single business travellers.

The compact room is small but confortable but they should add vaslue by including breakfast. Not great value for money at £73 exluding breakfast. They might want to think about some business trip deals. Also they could do with additional staff on check out in the mornings. Long queue especially when you need to get away promptly. These are minor niggles however. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was excellent: the staff were excellent particulary the restaurant manager. The food could not be faulted and the menu was fabulously varied. The ethos of the hotel is very welcoming and extremely comfortable and very welcoming.

This is not really a complaint but rooms 11 and 20 were very hot even though we turned off the radiator.
